SOLUTION
We worked with Holouly Group to restructure, standardize, and implement effective investment & operational strategies across all three ventures:

EatGate: Developed a structured investor management system to eliminate inefficiencies, ensure smooth brand development, and provide transparent financial tracking. We also created a compelling investment file to attract additional investors.

Street 9: Revived the project by designing an investment acquisition platform that enabled potential investors to book and submit investment requests online. Through this, the company secured funding and turned a profit before launch.

Foryou: Fully restructured the business model, fixing gaps from resource allocation to fulfillment and marketing. This transformation enabled a successful relaunch in November 2020 and positioned the business for a profitable sale.
